Aaron Swartz Arrested: The Open Access Debate

Aaron Schwartz, the executive director of Demand Progress, a co-founder of Reddit, was arrested and charged with violating federal hacking laws for downloading 4 million documents from JSTOR from MIT's network. If convicted of the felony charges, Schwartz will face up to 35 years in prison, and a 1 million dollar fine. Is he guilty, or just a casualty of the open access war.
