Uncircumsized Math teacher advocates circumcision in class in Taiwan

A Taichung-county high school math teacher is in trouble after he was recorded talking about circumcision to his students. Teacher Chen made numerous inappropriate and possibly lewd comments to his students on the subject of circumcision.
